What to Expect

This is an interactive learning experience with lots of movement and breaks to integrate and connect. We’ll cap the event at twelve participants to guarantee individual attention. Speaking of attention, we’ll go offline for the duration of the event. You don’t have to worry about anything, all you have to do is show up and enjoy the ride. Vegetarian lunch and drinks are included. If at any point you feel this isn’t for you, please tell us. We’ll give you a full refund - no questions asked.

FAQs

Q: Why a retreat in the middle of a busy city? 
A: For the purpose of a micro retreat we feel it is more important to be in a central location then in nature. The space is secluded enough and has a great track record for movement classes. 

Q: Why would I need workshops on “simple” stuff? 
A: We are drowning in information these days and yet have trouble applying it to our lives. What you are buying here is curated content, personal troubleshooting and a motivating group setting.

Q: I don’t know anybody yet, is it going to be socially awkward? 
A: Conversations happen naturally as we are all focused on the same goal. If you’re an introvert chances are you’ll find this is the most 'chill' social environment you’ve been in for a while.

Q: I’m out of shape. Will I be able to keep up?
A: This isn't a boot camp or a CrossFit competition. We want you to meet your body where it is today. No judgment, no mirrors, just gaining momentum in a positive direction.

Q: This sounds great while it lasts, but what about Monday morning?
A: You won't just “work out” - you’ll learn a system. Every participant leaves with an understanding of the fundamentals and a concrete plan how to make space for health in their everyday routine.

Q: What gear do I need to bring? 
A: Comfy workout clothes, a towel (we will definitely be sweating), shower stuff like shampoo and flip flops, journal & pen to take down notes. 

Q: What language will the retreat be held in? 
A: English (unless everyone is fluent in German). 

Q: Is there a minimum number of participants? 
A: We reserve the right to cancel with an immediate full refund, in particular if less than six people have signed up two weeks before the event. 

Q: What if I have to cancel? 
A: Unfortunately for micro retreats we cannot accept cancellations as our budget calculation is very tight. You can send someone in your place though.

Q: But I need to be reachable in case of emergencies?!
A: We get it. Total disconnection is scary. When you check your phone in, we provide you with a dedicated “emergency number” you can give to your family or partner.
